The StarLight Community Interaction Module (CIM) enhances transparency, collaboration, and accountability by supporting and documenting law enforcements interaction with citizens, students, local businesses, NGOs, victims, and victim advocate organizations.

The CIM supports LEA’s initiatives and community-oriented policing to allow any law enforcement agency to document and analyze all community interactions, such as community forums, youth group meetings, etc.
